Pay Range: $33 - $58/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Work Shift: Day Shift
• Perform patient assessments, develop nursing diagnoses, identify outcomes, and create, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care.
• Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care that adapts to population-specific characteristics and cultural diversity.
• Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care, promoting an inclusive clinical environment and interdisciplinary communication.
• Partner with patients, families, and the care team through methods like bedside shift report and patient teaching.
• Actively support and participate in shared governance, performance improvement, and research utilization initiatives.
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor to contribute to workforce development and model professional nursing practice.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, and organizational policies, including patient safety goals.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Registered Nurse (RN), Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC), Acute Care, BLS, ACLS
• Licensure: Current Georgia Registered Nursing (RN) License or qualifying multi-state compact license.
• Education: Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school preferred.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) from the American Heart Association required upon hire.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of direct patient nursing care experience preferred.
• Skills: Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills. Ability to function decisively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent critical thinking, time management, and basic computer skills. Must read, write, and speak English.
