Technical Program Manager

Pay Range: $70 - $80/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end technical project and program management, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Utilize strong API knowledge to understand integration requirements and guide technical discussions.
• Apply system design knowledge/experience to support architecture reviews, technical decision-making, and solution planning.
• Manage projects within AWS or other cloud-native environments, ensuring solutions follow cloud best practices.
• Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams, facilitating ceremonies, tracking progress, and removing blockers.
• Use JIRA and Confluence for project tracking, documentation, reporting, and transparency across teams.
• Drive clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
• Foster continuous improvement and alignment across product, engineering, and business teams.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; API, Program Management, AWS
• Proven experience in technical project or program management.
• Solid understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, and system design principles.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
