Pay Range: $48 - $49.30/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Create cut downs and edits of existing campaign videos for paid media, stores, out of home, and social
• Edit original content for social channels
• Support creative team with concepting video ideas for seasonal campaigns
• Edit in a clean and organized fashion
• Partner with Creative and Social team to ensure video is aligned with brand voice
• Create animated typographic and graphic treatments 
• Ensure deadlines for assigned projects are met
• Organize media assets, project files, and backups for easy access and future use
• Stay relevant creatively and technologically by patterning and researching current video/social trends

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Video Editing, Motion Design/Animation, Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
• Bachelor’s degree in fine arts, Film, or related field
• 4 years of experience in video editing
• Proven talent in editing and motion design
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Premier and After Effects)
• Ability to do basic color correction of footage
• Media management and organization 
• Experience creating gifs and repurposing video assets
• Sophisticated sense of design/style with strong design fundamentals 
• Collaborative, inclusive, and flexible team member
• Highly organized with extreme attention to detail.
• Note-Shift: Monday-Friday (Hybrid – In the office minimum 2 days a week; during peak weeks (one week a season), we may be in 4 days a week.
