Customer Service Advocate

Immediate need for a talented Customer Service Advocate . This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in U.S(Remote). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $21 - $22/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Shift: This is for EST time zone 9:00am EST to 6:30pm EST or 9:15am EST to 6:45pm EST or 9:30am to 7:00
  • This is For CST time Zone 8:00am to 5:30pm CST or 8:15am to 5:45pm CST or 8:30am to 6:00PM CST 
  • Serves as the first-line advocate that focuses on resolving inquiries, issues, or concerns for members and/or providers.
  • Leverages a variety of communication channels to provide members and/or providers with timely, accurate, and personalized support on routine complaints
  • Taking inbound calls from members and providers to help answer questions about Benefits.
  • Handles broker calls and email inquiries about any issues the broker maybe having with their online portal, commissions, contracting or member applications
  • Taking 75-100 calls
  • Measured by adherence to schedule, call quality, and measure attendance
  • Ability to assist members and providers with healthcare needs to transforming members lives one call at a time.
 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:  
  • Key skills; 1+ years Healthcare Call Center
  • Microsoft programs at least 1 year experience (including below)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Apps
  • Medical/Healthcare experience
  • Healthcare call center
  • Patient advocate or medical billing
  • 1+ years Customer Service
  • 1+ years Call Center
  • Microsoft programs at least 1 year experience (including below)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Apps
  • Data entry
  • Ability to multitask with calls and emails
  • High School Diploma / GED. 1+ year of customer service or health insurance industry experience.
