Pay Range: $80 - $88/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Seeking a proactive Regulatory Change Management Analyst with legal and compliance expertise to monitor, assess, and manage regulatory developments impacting Client.
• The role involves translating regulations into actionable business requirements, supporting risk mitigation, and driving change implementation across business units.
• The analyst will collaborate with legal, compliance, and operational teams, report regulatory impacts to stakeholders, and support gap assessments and audit readiness.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Minimum 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, or regulatory audit roles, with demonstrated ability to assess and interpret regulatory requirements.
• Strong ability to comprehend regulatory compliance requirements and translate them into actionable controls to mitigate business risk.
• Good understanding of cloud, security, compliance, and legal frameworks, with proven capability to identify regulatory changes and drive balanced compliance strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated success in building effective relationships across leadership levels.
• Ability to continuously monitor, analyze, and communicate regulatory developments, assess impact on the organization, and support regulatory gap assessments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders are essential. Must operate in East Coast time zone
