Pay Range: $24 - $26/hour. Traveler benefits as per agency package. (Benefits vary by vendor and assignment.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full order lifecycle from order entry through delivery
• Coordinate shipments, transportation requirements, and customer orders
• Ensure accurate pricing, inventory availability, invoicing, and order fulfillment
• Investigate and resolve customer issues, shipment delays, deductions, and discrepancies
• Work closely with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Distribution, and Sales teams to improve service performance
• Analyze service metrics including order fill rates, on-time delivery, invoice accuracy, and case fill
• Maintain customer scorecards and supply chain reporting
• Utilize SAP, Excel, and reporting tools to manage data and operational insights
• Support process improvements and customer service excellence initiatives

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree OR 4+ years of related experience
• 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service, Supply Chain, Order Management, Transportation, or Logistics
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills including data manipulation and reporting
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment
• Experience working cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
• Consumer Products / CPG industry experience
• EDI order processing
• Transportation or logistics coordination
• Supply chain analytics and reporting
• Customer deduction resolution
