Pay Range: $25 - $30/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• The Industrial Skills Assessor works as part of the Instructor
• Resource Management team to assess aerospace industry courseware evaluations to our clients.
• Understand and administer complex evaluation systems (hands-on and theoretical).
• Multi-task with numerous clients simultaneously.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work-space in a complex industrial environment.
• Communicating updates, issues and/or questions to your manager in a timely manner.
• Stay up to date on Aerospace and compliance requirements and maintain the highest level of customer service.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:  

• Key skills; 1-3 years of training experience
• Aerospace industry course and training materials
• AS9100
• Electrical, Bond & Ground and/or Seal application/ Aircraft assembly,
• Heavy and/or light Structure Drilling/ Fastener and/or rivet installation,
• Production standards/ Power and hand tool usage
