Business Analyst

Pay Range: $28.00 - $31.00/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement
• Gather, document, and validate business and technical requirements
• Conduct research and data analysis to support project initiatives
• Develop clear and structured documentation for stakeholders
• Provide recommendations based on findings and ongoing analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business problems
• Present insights and updates to leadership
• Monitor and maintain key business processes and data accuracy
• Communicate via email, meetings, and collaboration tools
• Perform data analysis and research for assigned projects
• Create and maintain business documentation
• Work with multiple teams to understand business needs
• Support ongoing process improvements and implementation efforts

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Must have skills: 2-4 years of experience in: Business analysis, Data analysis, Process documentation
• Experience in healthcare or managed care environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Knowledge of claims processing, provider data, or healthcare systems
• Experience with SQL or data analysis tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Understanding of data integration and system enhancements
• Experience with HIPAA transactions (e.g., 837, 999, 277) is a plus
• Project management experience
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or a related field
