Key Responsibilities:
- Note: This position is Phoenix, AZ, Colorado Springs, CO, San Antonio, TX, Chesapeake, VA, Tampa, FL
- Create and maintain a SharePoint site for claims business process teams and create reporting, newsletters, and PowerPoint presentations for scheduled and ad hoc reporting and requests for information.
- Will support 7 teams in the Claims Optimization business process department with reporting, content, websites, etc., to provide progress and impact of work in progress and work completed
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills: -"SharePoint", "Jira", “Claims”, "PowerPoint", “Graphic Design”
- Strong graphic design and PowerPoint experience
- Effectively communicates complex information and ideas to diverse audiences, including stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong experience in determining the optimal way to aggregate and communicate information
- SharePoint and Microsoft Suite
- Strong written communication and the ability to create compelling visuals, decks, and sites to keep stakeholders informed of the work and results.
- Business process experience or experience in claims is helpful, but may not be required.
