Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program — Required
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) — Preferred
• Active RN License (Single-State or Multi-State Compact) — Required
• BLS (American Heart Association) — Required
• ACLS — Required
• National Specialty Certification — Preferred
• 2+ years of recent Med-Surg RN experience — Required
• Experience with computer data entry — Required
• Familiarity with Epic or 3M systems — Preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
• Skilled in critical thinking, time management, and evidence-based practice
• Comfort using Microsoft Office and related technology tools
