Key Responsibilities:
- Work Shift & Schedule:-Shifts: 4x10 or 5x8 (flexible)
- Therapy Hours: 7:30 AM – 7:00 PM
- Schedule: Full-time
- Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans
- Modify therapy programs and goals based on patient progress
- Complete timely and concise clinical documentation
- Provide education to patients, families, and staff
- Supervise ancillary staff, students, and volunteers
- Advance clinical skills through ongoing education and evidence-based practice
- Skills-Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- BLS certification (within 90 days)
- New Graduates Accepted
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
- New graduates accepted
- Current OT license required
- BLS certification within 90 days of hire
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
