Pay Range: $40/hour - $48/hour.Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location)
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide compassionate, family-centered care to pediatric patients in a dedicated surgery unit.
• Collaborate with the patient care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for children and their families.
• Act as the primary liaison between the patient, family, and providers, ensuring clear communication and advocacy.
• Deliver safe and effective nursing care according to established policies and procedures, coordinating daily patient flow and experience.
• Serve as an educational resource for patients and families, providing support and information on health-related issues and post-operative care.

• Skills; Registered Nurse (RN), RN Pediatrics, RN Pediatric Surgery, RN Acute Care, BLS
• Licensure: Active RN License (Single State or Multi-state Compact).
• Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required upon hire.
• Experience: Previous RN experience in pediatrics, pediatric surgery, or a related acute care setting is strongly preferred.
• Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's in Nursing preferred.
• Schedule: Part-time, Night Shift.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to provide patient and family-centered care. Must be a collaborative team player with solid critical thinking abilities.
