.Construction. Project Manager
Immediate need for a talented .Construction. Project Manager. This is a 06 months Contract-to-Hire opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Newton, MA(Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $77 - $84/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day construction operations for one or multiple projects
- Oversee project safety, quality assurance, scheduling, and cost control
- Develop and manage project execution plans
- Lead subcontractor procurement, RFP processes, contract negotiations, and change orders
- Monitor project budgets, cash flow forecasts, and earned value metrics
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and field teams
- Manage risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Support commissioning, startup, turnover, and warranty processes
- Build and maintain strong client and subcontractor relationships
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams and field staff
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7 years of construction project management experience
- Experience managing industrial, infrastructure, or EPC projects
- Strong knowledge of cost control, scheduling, and earned value management
- Experience managing subcontractors and contract negotiations
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with scheduling and project management tools preferred (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore, etc.)
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- PMP certification preferred
