Executive Assistant

Pay Range: $20 - $24 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
  
Key Responsibilities: -
  • Executive Support & Calendar Management
  • Manage complex calendars, appointments, and scheduling for VPs/Senior Executives
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and executive travel (domestic & international)
  • Operational & Administrative Excellence
  • Screen calls and visitors; handle sensitive correspondence with professionalism
  • Prepare presentations, reports, memoranda, and meeting materials
  • Maintain confidential files, operational data, and organizational charts
  • Track operational and financial metrics; compile data using MS Office tools
  • ProblemSolving & DecisionMaking
  • Handle incomplete or unclear information; investigate and resolve issues independently
  • Work under tight deadlines using sound judgment and strong initiative
  • Support new assignments by determining processes and providing guidance as needed
  • Stakeholder Interaction & Communication
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal teams, executives, and external partners
  • Communicate clearly and professionally across all organizational levels
  • Attend meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items when required

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

  • Key Skills; Executive Assistant, Calendar, Scheduling, Meetings.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Strong calendar, travel coordination, and meeting management experience
  • Ability to work independently with minimal instruction
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Experience handling confidential and sensitive information
  • Strong judgment and problemsolving abilities
  • 5–7 years of Executivelevel support experience in a corporate environment
