Pay Rate: $50 - $60/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).          

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 5 years of experience in Healthcare Consulting / Healthcare Analytics / Contact Center Consulting.
• Strong understanding of contact center metrics (AHT, FCR, CSAT, SLA, occupancy, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboarding, DAX, data modeling).
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
• Experience in sales analytics and reporting.
• Experience in forecasting and predictive analysis (call volume, sales, workforce planning).
• Excellent client-facing, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with large datasets and translate insights into business recommendations.
