Pay Range: $120 - $140/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The Principal Enterprise Solution Architect (Endpoint) is a senior technical leader responsible for designing and maintaining enterprise-level architectural frameworks that enable secure, scalable, and efficient endpoint solutions.
• This role ensures alignment between technology strategies and business objectives, driving innovation and operational excellence across the organization.
• Define and maintain enterprise architecture standards for endpoint systems, applications, infrastructure, and data management
• Collaborate with business leaders, project managers, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Serve as the primary technical expert throughout the solution lifecycle—review designs, approve architectures, and resolve escalated technical issues
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to identify opportunities for modernization and improved efficiency
• Develop and maintain architecture documentation, design patterns, and technical roadmaps to ensure compliance with best practices
• Identify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies to maintain system integrity, security, and reliability.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• 10 years in IT architecture or related technical leadership roles, with deep expertise in Windows endpoint management and enterprise-scale deployments.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Active Directory, Group Policy, and endpoint security.
• Familiarity with modern endpoint management tools (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM).
• Understanding of cloud integration and hybrid environments (Azure preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
