Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct bedside nursing care to terminally ill patients in varied clinical settings.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide education to patients, caregivers, and families on disease progression, symptoms, and end-of-life expectations.
• Administer medications and manage symptoms to promote patient comfort.
• Document all care accurately and promptly in the electronic medical record.
• Support advance care planning and honor patient goals and preferences.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings, care coordination, and quality improvement efforts.
• Provide emotional and spiritual support, ensuring a peaceful and safe care environment.
• Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other care team members.
• Uphold nursing standards, ethical practices, and regulatory requirements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Compact or Georgia)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance
• Minimum of 1 year of acute care RN experience
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and respond effectively in urgent situations
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
• Hospice, Palliative Care, or Home Health experience
