Pay Range: $60 - $63/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end business analysis activities including requirement gathering, documentation, and solution alignment for Salesforce Commerce Cloud projects.
• Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions, including JAD (Joint Application Development) workshops, to capture and refine business needs.
• Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for Agile delivery teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and product owners to ensure accurate implementation.
• Facilitate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case preparation, execution support, and defect resolution.
• Deliver impactful presentations and communicate insights effectively to senior leadership and C-level stakeholders.
• Ensure Salesforce Commerce Cloud solutions meet business objectives and enhance customer experience.
• Support Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Strong experience in Business Analysis within eCommerce or digital platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) and overall Salesforce ecosystem.
• Expertise in writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and managing product backlogs.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, including working with senior leadership.
• Experience conducting JAD sessions and structured requirement gathering.
• Strong experience in UAT coordination and execution.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-level executives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Business Analyst or SFCC-related certifications).
• Experience with eCommerce domains such as checkout, order management, and digital merchandising.
• Prior experience in large-scale enterprise implementations.
