Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Night Shift
• Provide direct nursing care for critically ill pediatric patients, including monitoring, assessment, and interventions.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and other treatments safely and accurately.
• Monitor and manage pediatric patients on ventilators, cardiac support, and other life-support systems.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care plans.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, treatment plans, and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in rapid response interventions.
• Adhere to all safety, regulatory, and hospital protocols.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Pediatric Critical Care / PICU Nursing
• Patient Assessment & Monitoring
• Ventilator & Life Support Management
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Certification
• Medication Administration & IV Therapy
• Emergency & Rapid Response Care
• Care Coordination & Team Collaboration
• Patient & Family Education
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Documentation
• Strong Communication & Critical Thinking
• Active RN license in Georgia
• PICU or pediatric critical care experience required
• Ability to work night shifts in a fast-paced environment
