Key Responsibilities: -
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to hospice patients during night hours.
- Perform assessments, administer medications, and manage symptoms effectively.
- Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to support individualized care plans.
- Offer emotional support and education to patients and families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to hospice policies and regulatory standards.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Active Georgia RN license (or eligibility).
- Minimum 1 year of nursing experience; hospice/palliative care preferred.
- BLS required.
- Strong clinical judgment, compassionate approach, and excellent communication skills.
