Pay Range: $43 - $48/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:

Perform the full Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation)
- Provide evidence-based, relationship-centered care
- Partner with patients and families through bedside shift reports, education, and care planning
- Ensure individualized care based on age, gender, diagnosis, and cultural factors
- Maintain safe and high-quality clinical practice using current standards
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Coordinate and document safe, quality patient care
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case reviews, and communication
- Support an inclusive, respectful work environment
- Contribute to recruitment, retention, and team cohesion
- Professional Development
- Complete all required competency assessments, mandatory training, and population-specific education
- Serve as a preceptor or mentor for nurses, staff, or students
- Model professionalism and help maintain a healthy work environment
- Evidence-Based Practice & Research
- Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and evidence-based initiatives
- Uphold clinical standards, regulatory guidelines, and patient safety goals
- Collect data and pose clinical questions to improve practice
- Resource Utilization & Care Planning
- Plan proactively for patient needs across the care continuum
- Assist in developing protocols and procedures to improve outcomes (e.g., reduce readmissions, avoidable days, adverse events)
- Promote effective use of human and material resources
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with all organizational policies
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills;Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly
- Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
- Ability to use and optimize clinical technology; basic computer skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to respond to emergencies in a calm and decisive manner
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritize
- Ability to deliver patient-centered, culturally sensitive care
- Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Active RN License (Single-State or Compact)
- BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Minimum 1 years of direct patient care nursing experience
- Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
- Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
- Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
