Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, high-quality perioperative patient care using evidence-based nursing practice
• Perform comprehensive patient assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Coordinate care through interdisciplinary collaboration
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Provide patient and family education throughout the care continuum
• Participate in quality improvement, performance initiatives, and shared governance
• Serve as a preceptor or mentor for nursing staff and students
• Support patient safety, compliance, and regulatory standards
• Contribute to efficient use of human and material resources

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Strong critical thinking and clinical judgment
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced perioperative environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Proficiency with electronic documentation / EMR systems
• Ability to respond calmly and decisively in emergency situations
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Experience:
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Additional Requirements:
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct.
