Technical Project Manager
Immediate need for a talented Technical Project Manager. This is a 03 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Philadelphia, PA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $75 - $82/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

- Manager Call Notes:
- Software Development and Release with 10 years - For all of our tools, we have a bunch of them in that. Someone with release experience as there are a lot of interdependencies.
- Agile
- Jira
- From costing to design to supporting the design, supporting network outages, all of those things, we have a lot of downstream teams.
- Software development experience, that's really critical. We need someone that understands Someone with technical skills, they don't need to have a software developer background, but having experience in the field to talk the talk.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; 10 Years of Experience in Release Management
- 10 years of Experience in Technical Project Management
- 10 Years of experience in software development
- Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects
- 10 years Project Management experience in an Agile environment
- Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business
- Communicates with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants to communicate program strategy, direction, and changes
- Manage specific new technical service engineering programs to meet broad service/product objectives
- Establish milestones and monitor adherence to plans and schedules, identify delivery risks, and obtain/drive mitigation strategies and solutions
- Coordinate across multiple engineering/development teams as needed
