Program Manager II
Immediate need for a talented Program Manager II. This is a 06 months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Plano TX or Atlanta GA (Hybrid). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $44 - $49/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate should be comfortable using documentation and project tracking tools.
- Own 1–3 processes end-to-end for efficiency and quality.
- Document and update SOPs, job aids, and best practices.
- Audit and evaluate process performance; identify improvement opportunities.
- Partner closely with fraud, compliance, and financial review teams to optimize workflows.
- Participate in pods/squads focusing on specific improvement initiatives.
- Support new product launches from a process readiness perspective.
- Regularly interact with product, operations, and policy teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage shifting tasks — may need to “flex” between multiple initiatives or step into hands-on work when needed.
- Work Environment & Expectations:
- Hybrid (3 days/week in-office, days flexible).
- Fast-paced with overlapping initiatives.
- Expect to juggle multiple meetings and priorities (e.g., 4 hours of meetings/day).
- Role is not about working cases directly, but partnering with those who do.
- Focus on process efficiency, tracking, and communication rather than case closure metrics.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills; "Project/Program Management" , "Fraud/Compliance/Financial Risk" , "Regulatory Compliance" , "Change Management"
- Process Improvement & Optimization: Ability to assess existing workflows and suggest efficiency improvements.
- Project Management:
- Should be able to manage multiple initiatives.
- Hands-on contributor (“one of the cats”) — not just delegating, but executing.
- Analytical Thinking: Able to question “why” and suggest process changes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Experience working with various business units (Operations, Compliance, Product, etc.).
- Communication & Stakeholder Management: Thoughtful and professional in communicating change to teams going through transformation.
- Experience in Fraud, Compliance, or Financial Risk domains.
- Strong documentation and auditing experience (SOPs, job aids, process flows).
- Familiarity with Operational Excellence or Lean principles.
- Experience with process ownership
- Empathy and diplomacy when influencing process changes.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and frequent shifting priorities.
- Collaborative and adaptable; strong people skills.
