Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and document requirements related to SOX compliance and risk controls
- Support SOX audits, control testing, and documentation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify gaps and improve control frameworks
- Assist in risk assessments and remediation tracking
- Translate business needs into functional requirements
- Key skills; Compliance, Risk, SOX
- Experience as a BA in banking/financial services
- Strong knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
- Exposure to risk management and audit processes
- Good analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with GRC tools or regulatory reporting
- Relevant BA or compliance certifications
