Operations Manager/Coach: Intermediate

Pay Range: $35 - $40/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 

• We will have 3 contract coaches. Tampa, FL, San Antonio, TX, and Phoenix, AZ.
• My team will teach the contractors the program concepts, equip them with material, align them with our coaching processes, and direct them on who to work with and how to record observations and feedback.
• They will coach operational leaders on concepts learned in our management process known as perform and sustain.
• They will watch managers coach, lead huddles, review performance, etc., and coach them on the behaviors they are demonstrating.

 
Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills; Operational Performance Coaching, Coaching on Operational Processes and Procedures, Business Metrics, KPIs.
• Operational Performance Coaching
• The minimum educational requirement for this position generally includes a bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Understanding of business metrics
• Verbal communication including the ability to describe behaviors that lead to business outcomes
• MS Office, Box, Zoom
• Strong Coaching skills.
• Operational excellence skills.
• Operational process and procedure skills.
• Ability to coach on modules such as establishing plans, creating huddle boards, and sustaining success.
• Ability to review a series of routines and perform coaching to managers/leads to increase metrics and KPIs.
• Must understand business metrics and KPIs and be able to coach managers to achieve better results.
• Understand how human interactions and metrics work together and what good behaviors for managers are.
• Any management operating system, best practices, and routines, with things like huddles, and good coaching.
• P&C Claims background is a plus.
