Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct end-to-end UX research using mixed methods, including qualitative interviews, usability testing, diary studies, surveys, and quantitative analysis.
- Translate complex user insights into clear, actionable recommendations that influence product direction and design decisions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to define research goals, align on success metrics, and ensure insights are integrated throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Advocate for user needs by synthesizing findings into compelling narratives, presentations, and artifacts for diverse stakeholders.
- Skills-UX Research, Consumer Hardware and Mixed Method Research
- Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Social Sciences, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience conducting UX research for consumer hardware, mobile, or platform products.
- Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
