Pay Range: $33/hour - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Patient Care & Assessment: Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including obstetric and gynecological histories, vital signs, and screenings.
• Assist with in-office procedures, administer medications/vaccinations, and provide prenatal and postpartum care support.
• Patient Education & Advocacy: Serve as a primary educational resource for patients on topics such as family planning, prenatal care, menopause, and chronic gynecological conditions. \
• Provide compassionate, relationship-based care that respects cultural diversity and partners with patients to achieve their health goals.
• Care Coordination & Workflow: Coordinate patient care plans with physicians and nurse practitioners.
• Prioritize and manage daily patient flow to ensure an efficient and positive clinic experience.
• Facilitate communication and referrals to other specialists as needed.
• Clinical Support & Safety: Deliver safe, effective care according to established policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality.
• Team Collaboration & Professional Growth: Work collaboratively within a dedicated women's health team.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and may serve as a preceptor/mentor.
• Maintain professional competencies and pursue ongoing education in women's health.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Registered Nurse (RN), Women's Health, OB/GYN, Ambulatory Care, BLS
• Licensure: Current Georgia Registered Nurse (RN) license or Multi-State Compact RN license.
• Education: Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school preferred. National certification in Women's Health or related specialty (e.g., RNC-OB, WHNP-BC) is a plus.
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) from the American Heart Association required prior to hire date. ACLS may be preferred or required.
• Experience: Experience with direct patient care is preferred. Experience in Women's Health, OB/GYN, Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, or a related ambulatory clinic setting is highly desired.
• Skills: Strong clinical assessment, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to thrive in a fast-paced clinic environment.
• Must possess a compassionate, patient-centered approach and strong critical thinking skills.
• Basic computer proficiency is required.
