Creative Technologist (2D/3D + Generative AI)

Pay Range: $60 - $62/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Produce high-quality concept art, characters, environments, and motion visuals using a blend of 2D, 3D, and Generative AI.
• Build pitch decks and visual storytelling assets for XR/AR/VR experiences.
• Rapidly prototype ideas using AI art, AI video, and text-to-3D tools.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to bring creative concepts to life.
• Create visually compelling narratives supporting creative pitches and immersive experience development.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, AI video/AI 3D tools).
• Expertise in 2D art, concept art, and visual storytelling.
• Solid proficiency in 3D modeling (Blender, Maya, Cinema4D, ZBrush, etc.).
• Ability to create pitch decks, characters, environments, videos, and XR-ready assets.
• Fast, creative thinker who can turn abstract ideas into visual output quickly.
• 4–7 years of experience in creative technology, technical art, concept art, or 3D design.
• Deep understanding of GenAI workflows, image generation, video generation, and 3D content pipelines.
• Strong visual design, storytelling, and world-building skills.
• Experience working in XR/AR/VR or immersive media is highly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment with quick turnaround on deliverables.
