Community Relations Representative 1

Immediate need for a talented Community Relations Representative 1. This is a 12+ months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Pahrump, NV (Nye County) (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $21 - $23/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities: 
  • Location:  MUST be someone living within these counties is eligible- these 5 counties (Nye County, NV, Churchill County, NV, White Pine County, NV, Humboldt County, NV, and Carson City, NV).
  • Plans, develops, coordinates, collaborates and conducts events including, but not limited to, meetings, presentations, activities, training, product orientations, focus groups, field marketing events, projects, etc.
  • Develops and maintain business relationships and information that will result in opportunities to increase membership/enrollment targets.
  • Represents the department at internal and external meetings including, but not limited to, vendor reporting, departmental, cross-functional, community, provider, etc.
  • Develops presentations including, but not limited to, sales, broker product training, member retention meetings, new member training, outreach activities, etc.
  • Acts as department liaison for market materials, collateral rollouts, inventory, reports, etc.
  • Acts as point person on key projects.
  • Works with management to develop department workflow policy and procedure documentation for strategy and planning and for reviewing product, collaterals and sales strategies.
  • Prospects and initiates opportunities for field marketing events, grassroots lead generation, provider co-op events, other community venues, etc.
  • Coordinates with sales team for successful market execution.
  • May develop plans to increase “crossover” enrollment.
  • May assist in outreach activities.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:  
  • Key skills; Must haves: Public speaking, comfortability helping vulnerable population (Healthcare and Medical camp).
  • Prospects and initiates opportunities for field marketing events, grassroots lead generation, provider co-op events, other community venues, etc.
  • Plans, develops, coordinates, collaborates and conducts events including, but not limited to, meetings, presentations, activities, training, product orientations, focus groups, field marketing events, projects, etc.
  • MUST have prior experience in responsible for leading activities to achieve membership/enrollment goals through various means including but not limited to, marketing projects and new market initiatives, health fairs and community activities, training, member retention activities, sales visibility and business, broker, provider, market, lead generation, vendor outreach and networking opportunities.
  • High School diploma Preferred.
  • Years of experience required
  • Performance indicators Must haves: Public speaking, comfortability helping vulnerable population.
  • Community health worker (CHW) experience.
