Admin Specialist and Receptionist IV

Immediate need for a talented Admin Specialist and Receptionist IV. This is a 06 Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in San Francisco, CA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $50 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and greet visitors/clients (Registration/Parking/Escort) and  Physical security (Guard monitor & Alarm testing)
  • Maintain Office Supplies
  • Food/drink orders
  • Handles shipment
  • Support On/off-boarding
  • Answering phone calls as needed
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  • Skills-7 - 10 years of similar experience in the bay area tech industry
  • English fluency required
  • Microsoft Office
  • Strong Communication
  • Possess a positive and welcoming attitude
  • Enthusiastic towards new challenges
  • Education: Associate or Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar
