Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Night Shift
• Clinical Practice & Patient Care
• Perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes based on evidence-based practice.
• Provide patient-centered care tailored to the specific needs of neurological patients.
• Maintain open communication with patients, families, and the care team to ensure understanding and shared goals.
• Follow clinical standards, protocols, and safety guidelines consistently.
• Teamwork & Collaboration
• Work closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff to coordinate safe and efficient care.
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounding and clear documentation practices.
• Contribute to a supportive and respectful team culture that values diversity and inclusion.
• Professional Development & Mentorship
• Complete required education, licensure compliance, and ongoing competencies.
• Serve as a resource, mentor, or preceptor as needed to support new team members.
• Engage in shared governance, performance improvement projects, and opportunities for advancement.
• Evidence-Based Practice & Quality
• Support patient safety and quality goals within the organization.
• Participate in data collection and research-based decision-making to improve outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Resource Management
• Support effective use of supplies, staffing resources, and equipment.
• Work collaboratively with care coordination teams to reduce readmissions and improve care continuity.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
• Associate Degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Current Registered Nurse license (State or Multi-State Compact).
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
• Neuro or acute care experience is preferred.
