Registered Nurse (RN) – Acute Care - Registered Nurse (RN)- Neuro

Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Shift: Night Shift
- Clinical Practice & Patient Care
- Perform assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate outcomes based on evidence-based practice.
- Provide patient-centered care tailored to the specific needs of neurological patients.
- Maintain open communication with patients, families, and the care team to ensure understanding and shared goals.
- Follow clinical standards, protocols, and safety guidelines consistently.
- Teamwork & Collaboration
- Work closely with physicians, therapists, case managers, and support staff to coordinate safe and efficient care.
- Participate in interdisciplinary rounding and clear documentation practices.
- Contribute to a supportive and respectful team culture that values diversity and inclusion.
- Professional Development & Mentorship
- Complete required education, licensure compliance, and ongoing competencies.
- Serve as a resource, mentor, or preceptor as needed to support new team members.
- Engage in shared governance, performance improvement projects, and opportunities for advancement.
- Evidence-Based Practice & Quality
- Support patient safety and quality goals within the organization.
- Participate in data collection and research-based decision-making to improve outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Resource Management
- Support effective use of supplies, staffing resources, and equipment.
- Work collaboratively with care coordination teams to reduce readmissions and improve care continuity.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; BSN, BLS, experience as a Registered Nurse
- Associate Degree in Nursing or completion of an accredited nursing program required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
- Current Registered Nurse license (State or Multi-State Compact).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
- Neuro or acute care experience is preferred.
