Pay Range: $80 - $89/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing Mobile and Web developlment Programs consisting of multiple projects. Develops program strategy, supporting business case and project plans. Responsible for delivering all projects contained in the IT project portfolio on time, within budget and meeting the strategic and business requirements.
• Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as necessary, based upon the needs of the business.
• Communicates with IT leadership and senior business leadership to communicate program strategy, direction and changes.
• Partners with senior leadership to identify and prioritize opportunities for utilizing IT to achieve the goals of the enterprise.
• Maintains the efficiency of the project management process such as planning, scheduling, and budget and risk assessment. Identifies and mitigates potential risks.
• Manages teams of multiple project managers, project leaders and/or support staff

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Project Management
• Mobile Development
• Risk Management and Issue Management
• Digital health OR Health Tech
• Recommend 5-7 years experience
• Experience with project lifecycles, scheduling, risk management, and conflict resolution techniques.
• Risk and Issue Management skills.
