Pay Range: $65  - $67/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications within the Hogan environment to support new products and functionality for Business Banking.
• Perform hands-on coding, unit testing, and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Conduct IT and UAT testing of code produced by other programmers to ensure compliance with standards and functional requirements.
• Participate in design discussions and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
• Execute code migration activities across environments following standard procedures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery of features.
• Provide technical support during implementation, ensuring successful deployment of solutions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Hogan, Mainframe, Cobol
• 5 years of experience working with Hogan platforms, specifically:
• Hogan CIS
• Hogan Deposits
• Hogan CAMS
• Strong expertise in development, testing, and implementation within the Hogan ecosystem.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
• Solid understanding of SDLC and banking system workflows.
