Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes in status
• Deliver safe, effective nursing care in accordance with policies and standards
• Coordinate and communicate patient care plans with interdisciplinary teams
• Advocate for patients and families while providing education and emotional support
• Accurately document assessments, interventions, education, and patient outcomes
• Participate in performance improvement and quality initiatives
• Maintain professional competency through required education and training
• Support mentorship, preceptorship, and professional development of nursing staff
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, ethical standards, and shared governance principles

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills: Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (required upon hire)
• Nursing degree (Associate required; BSN/MSN preferred)
• Experience providing direct inpatient nursing care
• Strong patient assessment and clinical judgment skills
• Ability to work night shift in a fast-paced, acute care environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Proficiency with electronic medical records and documentation
• Strong time-management and prioritization skills
• Commitment to patient safety, confidentiality, and professional standards
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct.
