Pay Range: $65 - $70/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• The position involves up to 50% travel to Brazil and Colombia, working closely with global teams to ensure a successful payroll implementation and transformation.
• Portuguese fluency is mandatory.
• All travel expenses will be covered.
• Lead payroll implementation for Brazil, translating client requirements into deliverable payroll solutions.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Payroll (Brazil), SAP HCM, and SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to design, plan, and execute payroll solutions that align with client needs and compliance requirements.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key skills; Fluency in Portuguese, Payroll, SAP
• Portuguese fluency (mandatory), with the ability to travel 50% to Brazil and Colombia. All travel expenses will be covered.
• Proven experience implementing multiple SAP Payroll projects in Brazil.
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM Payroll and SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP).
• Master proficiency in Brazil Payroll processes, compliance, and statutory requirements.
• Experience with solution architecture, requirements analysis, and solution planning.
• Strong advisory, leadership, and client engagement skills.
