Data Analyst

Pay Range: $35 - $38/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual data recording, validation, and reconciliation between multiple systems (e.g., Salesforce, internal databases) to ensure data accuracy.
• Conduct rigorous data validation and quality control checks on critical process outputs to identify and correct errors.
• Manage and record payments for PA sales events, ensuring financial data is timely and accurate.
• Identify opportunities and implement solutions for process automation to increase efficiency and reduce manual effort.
• Manipulate and analyze process data to create, maintain, and enhance operational reports and dashboards.
• Collect, analyze, and measure process data on the effectiveness of business processes, proactively identifying opportunities for improvements and controls.
• Monitor operational processes to ensure they are followed correctly by the business; identify process risks and escalate to the manager if processes or controls are not working as intended.
• Collaborate with teammates, internal partners (like Sales, Tech, and Data Science), and external vendors to resolve data discrepancies and support process execution.
• Perform processes or parts of the process, as needed, to support the team's objectives

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 2 year of experience with Microsoft Office or G Suite (with a strong emphasis on Excel / Google Sheets)
• At least 2 year of experience in Data Analysis, Business Process Management, Project Management, or Risk Management
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Experience with Salesforce
• Experience with SQL
• Lean or Six Sigma certification
