Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

• Provide leadership and operational oversight for home care nursing services
• Supervise, coach, evaluate, and develop clinical staff to ensure quality outcomes
• Coordinate interdisciplinary care and oversee patient episodes of care
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, accreditation, and quality standards
• Monitor productivity, staffing levels, scheduling, and visit completion
• Review and approve plans of care, orders, admissions, and recertifications
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely services
• Serve as a communication liaison between clinicians, providers, patients, and stakeholders
• Support patient satisfaction and quality outcomes through performance monitoring
• Manage departmental resources, supplies, and cost-control initiatives
• Participate in strategic planning, program development, and growth initiatives
• Lead team meetings, education sessions, and performance improvement activities
• Support shared governance, evidence-based practice, and professional nursing standards

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification
• Valid driver’s license and active vehicle insurance
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Minimum 1 year clinical nursing experience (medical or surgical)
• Minimum 1 year supervisory/management experience in home care
• Strong leadership, coaching, and staff development skills
• Knowledge of home health regulations, accreditation, and compliance standards
• Ability to manage productivity, staffing, and resource utilization
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems, data tracking, and technology tools
• Understanding of healthcare finance, operations, and quality metrics
• Ability to lead change, performance improvement, and growth initiatives
• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Licensure & Certifications (required upon hire):
• Active RN License (Single-State of Georgia or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 1 years of direct patient care RN experience
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to Hospital care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
