Pay Range: $77 - $88/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead paid media strategy for B2C goals across offline + online channels.
• Partner with Marketing to build full-funnel, integrated brand campaigns.
• Oversee day-to-day planning and execution across internal teams + agencies.
• Own reporting and convert data into actionable insights.
• Use measurement tools (Brand Lift, awareness, consideration, performance).
• Develop audience-first and platform-driven creative guidance.
• Translate consumer behavior into strategic media decisions.
• Track trends and recommend opportunities to innovate.
• Manage multiple workstreams and keep stakeholders updated
