Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of administrative functions to support daily operations
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars
- Provide information to callers and take dictation as needed
- Compose memos and transcribe notes
- Research information and create presentations
- Generate reports and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Prepare, process, and monitor invoices and expense reports
- Assist with compiling and developing the annual budget when required
- Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete assigned tasks
- Work under immediate supervision and report to a supervisor or manager
- Key Skills; Scheduling, Calendar Management and Documentation .
- High school diploma required .
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or related field .
- Knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within the field .
