Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Shift: Night Shifts.
• Perform the complete nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to deliver safe, effective care.
• Float across various acute care units based on hospital needs, ensuring flexibility and adaptability.
• Provide individualized, relationship-based care to diverse patient populations.
• Partner with patients and families to ensure education, communication, and inclusion in care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in rounds, case reviews, and other care coordination activities.
• Document all care accurately and promptly in accordance with hospital policies and regulations.
• Promote teamwork and a respectful, inclusive environment.
• Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice.
• Serve as a mentor or preceptor to new nurses and students.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Skills-Registered Nurse (RN) Med/Surge or acute care.
• Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing.
• Bachelor’s Degree (BSN) preferred
• Current Georgia RN license (or Multi-State Compact RN license).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Knowledge of nursing theory, clinical practices, and regulations.
• Ability to assess, plan, and evaluate patient care across multiple settings.
• Strong communication and teaching skills.
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions in emergency situations.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
