Pay Range: $33 - $59 /hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location). 
 

• Leadership & Unit Operations
• Lead and manage the Vascular Telemetry Unit, ensuring high-quality clinical and operational outcomes.
• Maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment that promotes staff engagement and retention.
• Serve as the unit’s chief retention and safety officer.
• Human & Material Resource Management
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and team development.
• Manage resource deployment to ensure efficiency and meet patient care needs.
• Support staff competency, professional development, and clinical growth.
• Clinical Oversight & Quality Assurance
• Promote evidence-based practice and ensure high standards of clinical care.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensure, and accreditation standards.
• Use data to identify risks, mitigate safety issues, and guide decision-making.
• Lead performance improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration
• Communicate effectively with patients, staff, physicians, and leadership teams.
• Build strong partnerships across departments to support smooth operations.
• Resolve conflicts and promote positive team dynamics.
• Financial & Operational Management
• Manage unit budget, monitor financial performance, and optimize operational efficiencies.
• Use Lean and quality improvement methods to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Support the design and delivery of care aligned with organizational goals.
• Professional Development & Culture Building
• Support shared governance and empower team participation in decision-making.
• Represent the unit and organization in internal committees and community settings.
• Serve as a mentor and role model for professional nursing leadership.

• Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Active RN License (Single-State or Compact)
• BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
• Minimum 2 years of progressive nursing management experience required
• Ability to work night shift (for this specific role)
• Ability to deliver individualized care in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Commitment to client care standards, safety policies, and code of conduct
