General Clerk Representative
Immediate need for a talented General Clerk Representative. This is a 04+months contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Warrendal, PA (Onsite). Please review the job description below and contact me ASAP if you are interested.

Pay Range: $15 - $15.64/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Delivers straightforward administrative and/or other basic business services in General Administration.
- Issues tend to be routine in nature.
- Good knowledge and understanding of General Clerk duties and business/operating processes and procedures.
- Executes automated reports and compiles and prints listings; may manage a database, retrieves data and conducts status inquiries; maintains a filing system; examines documents for quality and accuracy, resolves minor discrepancies; maintains an inventory, receives, stores and issues material and supplies; determines appropriate methods for processing of mail, files and supplies.
- Works to clearly defined procedures under close supervision.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills; Intermediate PC Skills
- Administrative Skill
- Uploading/Scanning Documents
- Receptionist/Mail Clerk experience is preferred
- Punctual
- Self-starter
- Microsoft Suite Skills
- Reliable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- High School Diploma
