Key Responsibilities:
- Translate B2B data and segmentation needs into actionable AEP/RTCDP requirements, epics, and
- user stories
- Define and document identity strategy (graph, stitching, profile unification).
- Map customer profile use cases to RTCDP segments and destinations
- Partner with data, solution architecture, and engineering teams to ensure alignment
- Facilitate grooming, prioritization, and acceptance of backlog for RTCDP workstreams
- Validate solutions against business outcomes and compliance constraints
- Must have skills: - B2B Data, AEP/RTCDP requirements, Adobe Experience Platform
- Requirements elicitation, mapping, and documentation
- Customer profile/use-case translation into RTCDP constructs
- Familiarity with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and RTCDP
- Stakeholder management and workshop facilitation.
- Strong B2B data modeling and identity strategy
