Field Project Manager

Pay Range: $75 - $79/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyzes architecture, relationship between systems, and systems flow of end-to-end designs.
• Interface with Engineering, Operations and Network Planning organizations to serve and support proper designs needed to simplify and modernize the legacy network.
• Track monthly Engineering and Operations progress to ensure progress is being made to achieve Open For Sales, Copper Migration and Switch shutdown targets.
• Sharing progress with leaders and other stakeholders with dashboards and reports.
• The main responsibility is to be on-site to observe and report on the work being done, specifically the copper network removal and extraction.
• This role is not involved in building new networks
• The ideal candidate will be a field-based specialist who reports on the project's progress and ensures safety and productivity.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key Skills; “OSP”, “Field” “Copper”
• Familiarity with Verizon's safety protocols is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
• Targeted Years of Experience: 7-10 years
• This role involves overseeing a large-scale project focused on the extraction and recycling of Client's copper network.
• The ideal candidate will be a field-based specialist who reports on the project's progress and ensures safety and productivity.
