Registered Nurse (RN) – Outpatient Oncology Clinic.

Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and other complex infusion treatments.
- Provide comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans.
- Deliver education, emotional support, and follow-up to patients and families.
- Collaborate closely with oncologists, pharmacists, and clinical teams to ensure safety and excellence in care.
- Maintain current competencies for chemotherapy administration and oncology best practices.
- Serve as a resource for peers and assist with onboarding and mentoring new nurses.
- Support quality improvement, shared governance, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key skills: - Registered Nurse, RN Acute Care
- Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
- BLS Certification (required)
- Chemotherapy Certification (ONS or equivalent preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of direct patient care required
- Prior outpatient oncology or infusion experience preferred
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in EMR/EHR documentation and clinical technology
- Commitment to teamwork, compassion, and professional excellence
