Pay Range: $33 - $59/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted therapies, and other complex infusion treatments.
• Provide comprehensive patient assessments and individualized care plans.
• Deliver education, emotional support, and follow-up to patients and families.
• Collaborate closely with oncologists, pharmacists, and clinical teams to ensure safety and excellence in care.
• Maintain current competencies for chemotherapy administration and oncology best practices.
• Serve as a resource for peers and assist with onboarding and mentoring new nurses.
• Support quality improvement, shared governance, and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience: 

• Key skills: - Registered Nurse, RN Acute Care
• Active RN License (GA or Compact State)
• BLS Certification (required)
• Chemotherapy Certification (ONS or equivalent preferred)
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care required
• Prior outpatient oncology or infusion experience preferred
• Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient advocacy skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced clinical setting
• Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills under pressure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in EMR/EHR documentation and clinical technology
• Commitment to teamwork, compassion, and professional excellence
