Pay Range: $29-$39/hour.  Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
 
Key Responsibilities:
  • As an Accommodation Specialist (PM) you will be responsible for managing and ensuring compliance for all aspects of corporate accommodation policies, programs, and guidelines relating to equal opportunity (EO) and supports Client Rules of the Road and Flight Plan by assisting employees to continue their Client careers through reasonable accommodation.
  • The Specialist will operate within the accommodation policies and processes that meet employees’ needs and complies with federal and state laws and regulations.
  • The Specialist will manage medical and religious accommodation requests, including gathering documentation and reviewing and evaluating requests, communicating with the employee and operational and HR leaders; recommending accommodations; drafting correspondence; tracking results; and recommending process improvements.
  • Responsibilities may also include assistance in evaluating alternate positions within Client and providing job seeking skills training, including resume development and interviewing skills.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
  •  Embraces diverse people, thinking and styles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in vocational rehabilitation, human resources management, or in a related field of study or 2 years of experience in evaluating accommodation options, HR functions, or talent acquisition.
  • Should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical skills.
  • Must have the ability to work well independently with minimal supervision.
  • Should be able to balance multiple priorities, work under pressure with complex issues within established time constraints, meet deadlines and objectives.
  • Experience evaluating medical accommodation requests; Documentation of communication; Work Independently
