Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain support responsibility for the vision, design, and rollout of training materials and lesson plans.
- Facilitate or instruct new hire, specialty, and recurrent training classes as needed.
- Develop training programs and methods for the enhancement of NOC Training.
- Maintain records and documentation as required.
- Develop standards and procedures for NOC Operations.
- Respond to/create correspondences as necessary.
- Create and deliver presentations.
- Develop/maintain close partnerships with supported operational groups to promote close working relationships.
- Ensure training needs are met by gathering timely feedback.
- Maintain proficiency in the area of support if the Employee comes from that classification (matching NOC CBA requirements).
- Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed in this description.
- May perform other job duties as directed by the Employee’s Leaders.
- Key Skills;Organizational Skills; Collect/catalog/digitize/centralize training data; Tableau/QuickBase dashboards; SharePoint; Provide Insights .
- Knowledge of training and or/facilitation.
- Knowledge of current and emergent PC software packages.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.
- Knowledge of Airlines Operations.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Tableau, and QuickBase.
- Skilled in problem-solving, analytics, strategy, decision-making, and time management.
- Skilled in adapting training methods based on audience, subject matter, and support materials.
- Skilled in project management.
- Ability to work in a stressful environment with competing priorities and deadlines.
- Ability to assess the performance of yourself, other individuals, or organizations to make improvements or take corrective action .
- Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others .
- Ability to produce several ideas about a topic.
- Ability to cast a clear vision and gain buy-in for support.
- Ability to coach and mentor others.
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team; professionally interact with other departments, labor groups, and the public.
- Ability to analyze problems and make sound decisions.
- Ability to produce unusual or clever ideas about a given topic or situation, or to develop creative ways to solve a problem.
- High School Diploma or GED .
- Project Management .
- Training and/or facilitation, curriculum development.
- MS Office Suite, including a high proficiency in using PowerPoint or other presentation software.
- Ability to perform work duties from [limited space workstation/desk/office area] for extended periods of time.
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job.
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job.
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.
- Must be available for after-hours support based on operational needs.
- Must be able to work onsite at HDQ in Dallas, Monday - Friday .
