Customer Service/Coordinator I

Pay Range: $19 - $19.70/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Hours: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Work Model: Hybrid
- Remote: Monday & Friday
- Onsite: Tuesday to Thursday
- Saturday Coverage: Occasionally needed; not required
- If needed, coverage will be offered to the team voluntarily
- Overtime or flex time available for Saturday work
- Role Overview
- Department: IPT Support Center (Call Center)
- Purpose: Provide support during vacation season and for upcoming projects (especially in FY26 Q1 & Q2)
- Primary Function: Customer service via phone support
- Call Volume: ~25–30 calls/day (team handles ~1200 calls/week)
- Team Size: 9 members
- Support Focus: Independent Distributor Partners (IDPs), project support, and vacation coverage
- Handle inquiries via phone and email from IDPs, sales managers, and operations
- Process orders and support IDP/plant setup changes
- Manage plant closes, special orders, and audit reports
- Resolve IDOC/interface errors and maintain shared inboxes
- Support new system implementations and document processes
- Provide guidance on SAP processes and assist with warehouse error reports
- Maintain cross-functional relationships and uphold quality standards
- Provide holiday and Saturday support as needed.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Strong customer service orientation
- Basic computer skills
- Highly Beneficial: Experience with SAP or ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office
- Call center experience
