Key Responsibilities:
- Review and process maintenance & aircraft records for accuracy
- Perform data entry, validation, and document control tasks
- Identify errors and ensure corrections are updated in systems
- Upload and migrate records into digital tools (e.g., AirVault)
- Work with internal teams like Engineering, QA, and Maintenance
- Support compliance-related documentation (including FAA standards)
- Reconcile aircraft logbooks and maintenance paperwork
- Scan, organize, and maintain structured digital records
- Handle high-volume data tasks with strong attention to detail
- Key Skills-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Experience in data entry / records / documentation / back office work
- Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
- Comfortable working on Excel / Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle high-volume, repetitive tasks
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Aviation or aircraft maintenance records experience
- Document control / compliance / audit experience
- Familiarity with tools like:
- AirVault
- SCEPTRE
- Maintenance systems / ERP tools
